400ml Farmdale Skim Milk
1/2 cup Brooklea Lite Natural Yogurt
2 tablespoons White Mill Almond Meal
1 tablespoon Bramwell Honey
Peel and chop mango and place in a blender with skim milk, low-fat natural yogurt, almond meal, Manuka honey and a few ice-cubes
Blend until smooth
Divide between 2 glasses
