GO FOR IT SAM ALDI MUM, I found your page by accident, BUT! I’m an ALDI Mum Too, They have made a BIG Difference to having food on the table or not, BEFORE ALDI’s I was Spending around $300-$400 dollars per fortnight- (3 adults,2 Cats, 1 Rat and 2 Dogs untill recentally My Dogs died of old age- 4mths apart) in the last 12mths, BUTSince we have had a ALDI Store, the bill has been around $200-$250.00p/f a little dearer when my dogs were alive, BUT Still under $300.00 and YES you have to pack your own groceries and it can feel/be alittle time consuming, BUT you get into the swing of things/a routine and it’s not that Bad (Use their Coloured Bags to identafy what groceries go in what bag eg:FREZZER Bags- for cold or Frozen items (Can seperate items like one holds fridge items and another Frozen Items) RED- for softies/ fragile, GREEN for Fruit & Veg, BLUE- for Tins Ect It Makes a BIG Difference when you get home and if you have young children either involve them in helping to pack things and make a FUN GAME of it and you can tell them what you are going to do with that item (I Have a SPECIAL NEEDS SON) or Get as Close to the far wall end of the packing table away from the doors and allow them to sit near the wall end and let them play, read or what ever they have to play with, that way you can watch them and know they are safe and every product I have brought from ALDI’s has been WOW! I Haven’t found any product that has tasted YUCK! or a product that hasn’t done what it was meant to do etc.Only one product has been an issue and that is my cats hate the Tin Cat food- ONLY Fish, they eat the rest and my dogs love the dog food ALDI’S may NOT be an AUSTRALIAN COMPANY, BUT They BUY and SUPPORT Australian Producers on about 95% of their products I believe and what I have found and yes some products are from Germany Useurally only on Special Occations- Some Christmas foods etc BUT They give 1000’s Of AUSTRALIAN’S JOB’s Young and Old, They Give Us a BRIGHTER FUTURE for our KIDS and anyone else Who are willing to give it a go, So I ask If YOU are NOT an ALDI Custemer PLEEEESE Give them ago, It May Take a Month or Two, Depends if you shop weekly/Fortnightly.YOU Will see a DIFFERENCE for the BETTER, I PROMISE It’s Made A BIG DIFFERENCE To My Family THANK YOU ALDI’S and GOD BLESS Keep It Up ALDIMUM, Because I Believe that if the company is making a difference to Australian;s then we need to SUPPORT Them THANKS ALDI MUM TOO
