Hy ! I wish to know why this Silver Scoop Creamy Vanilla Icecream goes Yellow on the Top of the exposed Icecream in its Container with Lid on , in the Freezer once it has been opened and some taken out ?? Streets or Bulla Icecream does not have that ! Why ??

Don’t get me wrong , I love this Ice Cream but just wondering about the Colour change on the top of the once Scooped Ice Cream . A darker shade of Yellow Cream , if you like !!
